Pure Lotus Hospice of Compassion is a lifeline for society’s most vulnerable—end-stage patients who are impoverished, alone, and without a home or caregiver. Founded in 2001 by Venerable Lyan Shih, a retired nurse-tutor moved by patients who had nowhere else to turn, we have grown into Malaysia’s NGO-run in-patient hospice providing 24/7 professional palliative care. We offer more than medical support. Our holistic care embraces the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of every individual, regardless of race or religion. Our dedicated team of doctors, nurses, and caregivers ensures comfort, dignity, and freedom from pain in a peaceful, loving environment. Driven by compassion, not funds, we rely entirely on the generosity of people like you to continue offering a place of refuge, care, and peace at life’s most fragile moment.
